By accessing or using our website [www.renegadecrawfish.com] (the “Site”) and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or placing an order. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our Site or purchase any products.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Renegade Crawfish Company eCommerce website. By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

We make every effort to display the most accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is free of errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted an order.

• Product Availability: Some products may be unavailable or limited in stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund or alternative product.
• Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
  
  

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order through the Site, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, fraud, incorrect product information, or insufficient stock.

• Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay International. All payments are subject to verification and approval by your payment provider.
• Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not guarantee that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not already shipped.
  
  

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, but delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and circumstances beyond our control.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Delays due to customs, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events may occur.
• International Shipping: Customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
  
  

6. Returns and Refunds

We do not offer returns, all sales are final.

• Due to Lyfe Tyme Pits, High Performance Boilers, and RCC Apparel being made to order we are unable to provide a refund once orders have been sent to production.
• If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@renegadecrawfish.com or give us a call at 830-263-8867.
• If we approve a refund, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 60 days.
  
  

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software on this Site, is the property of Renegade Crawfish Company and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content on the Site without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renegade Crawfish Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of any products.

• No Warranties: We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the products sold on the Site. All products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • Exception: High Performance Cookers Limited Warranty
    • FULL TWO YEAR WARRANTY
    • For two years from the date of purchase, this High Performance Cookers(“HPC”) product warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace, under normal residential use, any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. All service provided by HPC under the above warranty must be performed by HPC, unless otherwise specified by High Performance Cookers, LLC. Service will be provided during normal business hours.  If you return defective parts, transportation charges must be prepaid by you. HPC will return replacement parts to the original retail purchaser, freight or postage prepaid.

• Limitation of Damages: In no event shall our total liability to you for any damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
  
  

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renegade Crawfish Company and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fayette County, Texas.
