Great for cooking pasta or frying chicken wings but can be used to fry any type of food.

Each basket wedge will hold approximately 5 quarts of product. Therefore, you could do approximately 5-6 pounds of pasta per wedge, or a total of approximately 20 pounds pasta for all four wedges cooking at one time.
For chicken wings, each wedge can easily handle 1 pound of wings.
