REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to Lyfe Tyme Pits, High Performance Boilers, and RCC Apparel being made to order we are unable to provide a refund once orders have been sent to production.

FOR LIVE CRAWFISH PLEASE NOTE: When you place an order, we send it to our vendor and commit to purchasing the specified quantity of crawfish from them. Once we send them the order, they assume the risk and guarantee that we will receive the product, and they require us to make payment as a guarantee on our part. If we cancelled that order with them, we would be responsible for the full amount per bag. Renegade Crawfish Company is unable to absorb such a loss.

PURGING POLICY

Renegade Crawfish Company and its suppliers do NOT recommend purging crawfish in either fresh water or salt water. Crawfish can be killed during this process. We will not refund for dead loss caused by purging.
